Speacial Offer For April : Any two night stay £90 (2 people sharing)

Bed & Breakfast From £26 - £30pp per night.

Children from the age of 3-12 Half price when sharing with 2 adults.

Sorry we cannot accommodate children under 3 years of age.

Single Occupancy of a Double room £35 Oct - May only. Full price for Bank Holidays and any other time.

Discounts for weekly bookings.

Dogs are allowed in two of our rooms at a rate of £3 per night.

Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing within 5 days, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

Late telephone bookings must confirm on day of arrival by 2pm otherwise the room will be re-let.

We only accept payment by Cash or Cheques with a guarantee card.

Terms And Conditions

Arrival/Departure

The bedroom accommodation is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure, unless specific alternative arrangements have been made.

Accommodation

• Where one person books multiple rooms with a deposit it is the responsibility of that person to pay all charges resulting in cancellation or a guests non-arrival. We regret we cannot allocate all the deposits to one room.
• We reserve the right to charge full room tariff should we not be able to re-sell the room due to any of the following:
  
  - Smoking in a non-smoking room.
  - Breakages rendering the room incomplete to resell to another guest.
  - Specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing required.

Deposits

 A Non refundable deposit of the first nights stay is required to confirm the booking. Deposits are not transferable.

Cancellations

In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel or wish to postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, charges will be made as follows:

• Loss of 100% of deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if we have to close due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an event all deposits and pre-payments will be refunded in full but with no further liability.

Miscellaneous

Any loss or damage to Abbots Leigh property will be charged in full. We reserve the right to automatically deduct the required amount from the card and send a written receipt.

• Cheques will only be accepted with a bankers card and up to the guaranteed limit.

Paying a deposit accepts these terms and conditions.
